| | Adding a logo to an image |
| |
| | This sample is a short tutorial of how to allow a customer to upload their logo and add it to an existing image to create a preview of how a logo would look on a T-shirt, cap, christmas ornament, etc. |
| |
| | To create the preview of a customer logo on an image, 3 steps are needed. (1) To define the file upload with the customer logo, (2) To define the image that the logo will be placed on, and (3) to define how the logo will be placed on the image. |
| |
| | (1) To define the logo upload: Create a file upload line. The file upload line line must be limited to gif, jpeg, jpeg, and png files. |
| |
| | 2) To define the image that the logo will be placed on: ftp the image to your image directory within EasyEstimates. Use the Image Manager to define the image to EasyEstimates. Optionally: Add an image line to display the image. Note: You can also use EasyEstimates image change facilities to change this image, such as different styles of t-shirts. If you use the image change facility, be aware that the logo will appear at the same location on the image. |
| |
| | 3) Add a composite image line. The composite image line references the file upload and the image line or an image and defines the size of the uploaded image and where it is placed on the existing image. If the composite image is on a page that follows the file upload and the image line then it will appear within the EasyEstimates form, otherwise it will only appear on the Preview page and/or email. |
