Modify skin or outlay, Certain modifications

I want to purchase this software and have some questions.
My server I believe is Linux based with the following capability;

1. Is this adequete to install the Video Gallery pro

2. Is there an Admin Panel which allows the changing of background color of index page, change font sizes, colors, change the outlay of the video gallery on LH or RH side vertically aligned. Is the Index page in html so that it can be easily modified time to time ?

3. Can a text explaining short form of video clip be placed on bottom of thumnail of video.?

4. Can the video clips be grouped in an index and sub index, like menu type or explorer type collapsable tree or equivalent.?

5. Will the MPEG 4 videos play thru this software.

6. Can the size of the player be customized to a certain size if HD files are uploaded which will not affect the resoultion of the playback with a larger size of the playback . Can the player be justified to Center or LH or RH side of index page.

7. Can certain text be added thru admin panel to the index page.

Really like the fact that a self test can be performed on what type of player one has installed and also that one can select the type of player one wants to choose.

Wow a good list of questions. Hopefully this answers your questions:
1) Yes
2) There isn't an Admin panel to change font sizes, etc but these are all changeable through changing of css definitions and /or the templates that are specialized html that are designed to be changed.

shows text under the thumbnails
4) Video Gallery Gallery Pro doesn't itself have an index/sub-index structure but you could build this as a front-end to Video Gallery Pro.
5) Yes, MPEG-4 is listed here http://www.sizzlingwebdesign.com/videogallerypro/index.php , the QuickTime player used with Video Gallery Pro supports MPEG4.
6) You define the player size through the Admin system. The Player can be justified by how you setup the playback page. A sample is provided to you but you can modify it, with some limits.
7) You can add text to the index pages by changing the templates with a text editor, like Notepad.

1. It would be great if there was an admin panel to change the layout structure/ fonts of the front page. I am not good with CSS or php files and have only been playing with html pages which are failrly easy to edit. Could you direct/guide or assist in this editing if needed.

2. Can you post some sites that are running with your software to see what the possibilities are.

Advice about Video Gallery Pro is free but I don't provide unlimited basic web, html, and css advice. There's no need to understand php or modify the php code, in fact I discourage customers from modify the php, although it is possible. I provide an installation service for $25 (to install the software) and a setup service for $65 to setup Video Gallery Pro to setup your videos and match Video Gallery Pro to the colors and fonts that you're using.
